Hello, you are eligible for the COVID certificate for vaccinated persons if you have had two doses of vaccine or one dose of vaccine following a documented infection with Covid19 or you got your booster vaccine. To apply for a certificate, you must attach proof of vaccination and/or positive test in PDF or image format.

NB: if you have nor a swiss phone number nor a swiss mail adress, you have to download the "Covid Cert" App and provide us with a transfer code. No sending per e-mail possible.
